When a Refund May Be Approved

The file, audiobook, ebook, or collection was materially different from the description shown at the time of purchase.

Files, Access, and Downloaded Works
Because Philosophy of K purchases are delivered as files, downloadable works, and access-based materials, they cannot be returned in the same way as physical items.
Once a file has been downloaded, opened, accessed, activated, or substantially used, refund eligibility may be limited.
If you have an access issue, please contact us first. In many cases, we can resend access details, correct an email issue, or help you locate your order.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available in the following cases:
The file, ebook, audiobook, collection, or library access has already been downloaded, opened, activated, or substantially used.
The refund request is made after the 60-day guarantee period.
The customer cannot provide order details or proof of purchase.
The purchase was made through a third-party platform with its own refund rules.
The order involved customized, personalized, or specially prepared files.
The request appears abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with fair use.
European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Right
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
For files, downloadable works, and access-based materials supplied immediately, this right may end once access begins, provided that you gave prior consent to immediate access and acknowledged that the withdrawal right would be lost once the work was supplied.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for files, ebooks, audiobooks, collections, or access-based works.
If you purchased the wrong work, contact us as soon as possible. If your request is approved, we may refund the original purchase so you can place a new order for the correct item.
Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 3 to 7 business days, although your bank or payment provider may take longer to display the amount in your account.
