At Philosophy of K, each order is handled according to the nature of the work purchased. Some works are delivered as file editions. Some are issued personally. Others may involve preparation, certification, printing, or shipment.
This policy explains when an order may be cancelled and when cancellation is no longer available because access, preparation, issuance, printing, or shipment has already begun.
1. File Editions Before Access
If your order includes a file edition and access has not yet been delivered, opened, downloaded, or used, you may request a cancellation.

Once file access has been delivered, opened, downloaded, or meaningfully accessed, cancellation may no longer be available. Refund eligibility will then be reviewed under our Refund Policy and 60-Day Reading Assurance, where applicable.
2. Issued and Personalized Works
Some Philosophy of K works are created for one owner only.
Personalized editions, Super Rare Editions, Kenism Owner Registry entries, certificates, Owner Numbers, verification codes, dated entries, signed Owner Letters, and individually prepared Registry files may be cancelled only before preparation or issuance has begun.
Once preparation, personalization, certification, or issuance has started, cancellation is no longer available because the work has entered an individual process connected to one owner.

3. Registry File and Print Issues
The Registry File Issue is prepared individually and issued within 2 days.
The Registry File and Print Issue is prepared individually and issued within 14 days, allowing time for preparation, review, printing, and final release.
Cancellation may be possible only before preparation begins. Once the Registry entry, Owner Number, verification code, certificate file, or printed issue has entered preparation, the order can no longer be cancelled.
4. Printed Items Before Shipment
If your order includes a printed item that has not yet entered preparation or shipment, you may contact us to request cancellation.
Once the item has entered preparation, printing, packing, or shipment, cancellation may no longer be available.
If the item has already shipped, delivery and return questions are handled under our Shipping and File Delivery Policy and Refund Policy.
5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Access generally continues until the end of the current paid period unless the subscription product, account page, or cancellation confirmation states otherwise.

6. Incorrect Orders or Immediate Changes
If you placed an order by mistake or entered incorrect details, contact us immediately.
We will do our best to assist before access, preparation, issuance, printing, or shipment begins. The sooner you write to us, the more likely we can help before the order enters its next stage.
7. Approved Cancellations
If a cancellation is approved, we will confirm it by email.
If payment has already been captured, the refund will be returned to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 3 to 7 business days, although the final timing depends on your bank, card provider, PayPal, or payment service.
8. Mandatory Rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your country or region.
Where mandatory law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights remain unaffected.
