The Foundation is the private membership through which Kenism is studied and practiced as its Laws are set down. Its purpose is to strengthen judgment, reduce the authority granted to feeling and attachment, deepen the reading of human nature and power, and support the deliberate formation of the New Self.

Kenism gives knowledge of the forces that govern the inherited self and the mechanisms through which they gain control. Understanding those forces reduces the need to fight every impulse by force alone. The New Self is the higher self formed when judgment can remain in command even when instinct and emotion become strong.

The Foundation is intended for leaders, founders, decision-makers, independent men, and intellectually serious readers who regard judgment, self-command, human nature, power, and meaning as serious subjects. Membership assumes an intention to study the Laws and place them against life.

Each Law isolates a proposition concerning life, human nature, perception, power, pain, attachment, judgment, or the self and develops the reasoning behind it. Together, the Laws form the developing body of Kenism. Each Law asks to be examined against life and keeps its place only while its proposition continues to hold.

Kenism is being set down Law by Law. Members enter during the period in which its body, record, and intellectual history are still being formed. Each new Law opens inside the Foundation as it is completed, placing early members inside the formative period of the philosophy.

The Foundation opens a limited number of new memberships each year. Admission is prepared individually, and the limit preserves the character of the Foundation while its early record is still being formed. Once the available places for that period are filled, admission closes.

Membership opens every released Law in its Written and Spoken Editions, each new Law as it is completed, the Private Margin for personal notes, Saved Laws, and the private reading record held inside the member account. Individual Law acquisitions remain a separate permanent edition system.

Once membership is confirmed, a private invitation is sent to the email address used at checkout with an Access Address and temporary Access Code. Membership may be cancelled at any time, with entrance remaining active until the end of the period already paid for.
